Mechanic Portal 2.0: Work Orders, Revenue Analytics, and the New Parts Catalog

Mechanic Portal 2.0

Our mechanic and shop customers asked for three things: better work order management, visibility into revenue, and a parts catalog they could actually search. All three shipped this week.

Work orders

Every work order now includes a checklist, labor tracking, and a customer-facing PDF that generates automatically. When a work order is completed, it rolls forward into an invoice with one click.

Revenue analytics

New dashboard showing billed hours, labor vs. parts mix, and job profitability by aircraft type. Filters by date range, technician, and customer.

Parts catalog

We imported 100,000+ aviation parts with cross-references, superseded-by relationships, and pricing from our marketplace partners. Search by part number, description, or aircraft applicability.

What's next

In Q2 we ship estimates-to-invoices, customer statements, and a mobile companion for technicians in the hangar. Let us know what else you need.
